ground beef (1/2 pound sirloin, 1/2 pound chuck)
3-4 scallions, chopped
2 tsp. ginger powder
1/2 tbsp. garlic paste or roasted garlic
3/4 cup black sesame seeds
2 tbls. soy sauce
small potato dinner rolls, cut in half like buns
mayonnaise avocado,
smashed sprouts (radish give a nice kick)
Combine first six ingredients, do not over work the meat. Form into 2″ round burger about 1/2″ thick. These can be grilled outside or on a raised ridge grill pan. Flip only once, cook until your preferred degree of doneness. Spread mayo on bottom of roll half, top with burger, smashed avocado and sprouts, top with other half of the bread.
